建議烹煮方式 Recommended Cooking Instructions

⽔晶蝦餃皇 Steamed Shrimp Dumpling (contains pork)

準備⽅法: 不⽤解凍, ⽤⼤⽕蒸約6分鐘, 離⽕燜2分鐘 (最佳)

Steam frozen dumplings in high heat for 6 minutes, then turn off burner to

steam for an extra 2 minutes before serving.

⼤蝦豬⾁燒賣 Shrimped and Pork Sui Mai

準備⽅法: 不⽤解凍, ⽤⼤⽕蒸約10分鐘

Steam frozen sui mai in high heat for 10 minutes.

⽼味道糯⽶雞 Glutinous Rice with Pork in Lotus Leaf 

準備⽅法: 解凍後, ⽤⼤⽕蒸約10分鐘

Defrost frozen glutinous rice completely and steam in high heat for 10minutes. 

豉汁排⻣ Steamed Garlic Black Bean Spareribs 

準備⽅法: 解凍後, ⽤⼤⽕蒸約20⾄25分鐘 (視乎解凍情況) 

Defrost frozen ribs completely and steam in high heat for 20 to 25 minutes.(depends on defrost situation)

 

醬皇鳳⽖ Steamed Phoenix Claws with Garlic Sauce

準備⽅法: 解凍後, ⽤⼤⽕蒸約10分鐘

Defrost frozen phoenix claws completely and steam in high heat for10minutes.

 

叉燒包 Barbecued Pork Bun

準備⽅法: 不⽤解凍, ⽤⼤⽕蒸約8分鐘

Steam frozen pork buns in high heat for 8 minutes.

奶皇流沙包 Molten Salty Yolk Custard Bun 

準備⽅法: 不⽤解凍, ⽤⼤⽕蒸約7分鐘

Steam frozen pork buns in high heat for 7 minutes.

 

港式⽔餃 Cantonese Shrimp Dumpling (contains pork)

準備⽅法: 不⽤解凍, 將⽔煮滾, 放⽔餃下鍋煮⾄浮起後, 再煮約3分鐘

Add dumplings to boiling water and cook until floating, 

continue to cook for an extra 3 minutes before serving.

鮮⽵卷 Pork-Stuffed Bean Curd Roll

準備⽅法: 不⽤解凍, ⽤⼤⽕蒸約6分鐘

Steam frozen bean curd roll in high heat for 6 minutes.

 

⼭⽵⽜⾁球 Steamed Beef Balls 

準備⽅法: 不⽤解凍, ⽤⼤⽕蒸約15分鐘

Steam frozen beef balls in high heat for 15 minutes.

 

梅菜⾁餅 Pork Patty with Preserved Vegetables 

準備⽅法: 解凍後, ⽤⼤⽕蒸約12-15分鐘

Defrost frozen package completely and steam in high heat for12-15 minutes.

 

冬菇臘腸⾛地雞 Chicken with Chinese Sausage and Mushroom 

準備⽅法: 解凍後, ⽤⼤⽕蒸約12-15分鐘

Defrost frozen package completely and steam in high heat for12-15 minutes.

壽桃 Chinese Birthday Bun with Red Bean Paste

準備方法: 不用解凍, 大火蒸約6分鐘

Steam frozen buns in high heat for 6 minutes.

 

素窩貼 Vegetarian Pot Sticker

準備方法: 於平底不粘鑊加油, 油熱後把未經解凍的餃子放入鑊用中/慢火煎至焦黃, 加入水至餃子約三分一的位置, 中大火蒸至水收乾 (約6至8分鐘), 餃底香脆便可

In a nonstick pan over med-high heat, place frozen pot stickers in pan, add water to 1/3 the height of dumpling, cook for 6 to 8 mins until water has evaporated and the flat side of pot sticker is golden brown.

 

素叉燒包 Vegetarian Barbecue Pork Bun

準備方法: 不用解凍, 大火蒸約8分鐘

Steam frozen buns in high heat for 8 minutes.

 

上海雲吞 Shanghai Wonton

準備方法: 水滾下鋦, 煮至浮起後再滾6至8分鐘

Add dumplings to boiling water and cook until floating,

continue to cook for an extra 6 to 8 minutes before serving.
