30年豐富港式點心製作經驗,熱愛香港,更熱愛港式點心烹飪工作。

1990年從事點心工作至今,刻苦專研,努力創新,是其畢生之追求。

憑著精湛的點心製作技能,融合在多家點心酒樓入廚的工作經歷,集百家之長,不斷提高和豐富製作點心的經驗和功底。

“沒有最好,只有更好”, 永遠力爭精益求精,追求做到現代港式點心廚房的先行者。

希望客人安在家中都能夠享用得到茶樓水準的港式點心。

這就是本人創立「港味道」點心工廠的理念。

With his skillful dim sum making technique, combined with years of experience of working in dim sum kitchens, he has been continuously improving and enriching the experience and skills in dim sum making.
